All the convenience of maintenance free living can be found in the Greens of Doylestown. This subdivision consists of approximate 121 townhomes which were built by Best Builders of PA, Inc. circa 1989 on the grounds of the old Warrington Country Club Golf Course. The townhomes each feature 3 bedrooms, 1 car attached garages and driveway parking. There is also shared overflow parking as well which are located on the common areas that are maintained by the homeowner’s association. In addition to maintaining the common area, the association also takes care of mowing the lawns in the spring and summer, raking leaves in the fall and removing the snow from neighborhood streets.
Although the carefree living is a major reason many choose to live in the Greens of Doylestown, its amazing location is another major selling point. Within a short distance, there are also numerous other popular stores such as Wegman’s, Home Depot and Target. The location is also convenient to Doylestown Borough and all of the unique cultural and shopping opportunities that provides.
Another unique feature of this neighborhood is that many of the homes back to a large tract of open space named Dark Hollow Park which was dedicated to Bucks County in 1989 and is home to the last remaining eight arch bridge in Pennsylvania which was built in 1803. Residents can walk along a paved walking trail and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this park’s natural beauty. The creek is full of naturally occurring fish like catfish, carp, sunfish, bass, trout eels and crayfish. The area is also stocked with addition trout between 611 and 263 in the spring for the avid fisherman.

Testimonials
"Buying and selling at the same time can be extremely stressful but you made the process move smoothly even when we encountered a few bumps in the road. Throughout the process we always felt that we were your number one and top priority customer thanks to your excellent communication and your vigilance in looking out for our best interests! "
David & Julie Bell, Seller
Greens of Doylestown
"We had the home listed with another agent for 6 months and recieved no offers before we decided to list with you. After we listed with you, not only was there constant interest in the property but we received 3 separate offers over the course of the listing and the home finally sold for 97.5% of the asking price in one of the worst real estate markets in history!"
Rose Cody, Seller
Greens of Doylestown
"We received our first Agreement of Sale on the property just 36 days after listing with you, but the buyer ended up deciding not to purchase the property. Afterwards, you made sure to advise us of what we needed to do in order for the home to sell, including repairing a few items and reducing the price to stay ahead of the market. Once we made the repairs and
implemented the price adjustment we received an offer within 14 days for 95% of the asking price."
